Kalej Valley, founded by the British in 1858, carries a rich history and a connection to the local Kalij pheasant,
for which it was named.Despite turbulent times and periods of closure, the garden's distinctive character remains.
Some of its fresh leaves are still sold to neighbouring gardens. This blend, crafted from teas of this region,
captures the garden's unique and vivid essence.
