Historically rooted in Pingshui, this tea earned its prestigious name, Temple of Heaven, from Beijing due to its
exceptional quality and distinctive processing. Traditionally, the leaves were heavily roasted for over 20 hours
and sprayed with rice water, resulting in its unique smoky character. With its dark green, tightly rolled leaves
and golden shimmering olive-green cup, this tea is a testament to its heritage as one of the most successful export teas.
