This Pai Mu Tan, sourced from Fuding, is carefully crafted using a unique process that includes refining with the
smoke of cypress and pine wood. The delicate refinement, carried out over three weeks in the mountains of WuYi
(the birthplace of Lapsang Souchong), allows the tea to absorb the faint yellow colour and distinctive smoky aroma.
The result is a tea that harmoniously blends minerality, aromatic fruitiness, and a powerful wood smoke flavour.
