Lapsang Pai Mu Tan (organic)

This Pai Mu Tan, sourced from Fuding, is carefully crafted using a unique process that includes refining with the
smoke of cypress and pine wood. The delicate refinement, carried out over three weeks in the mountains of WuYi
(the birthplace of Lapsang Souchong), allows the tea to absorb the faint yellow colour and distinctive smoky aroma.
The result is a tea that harmoniously blends minerality, aromatic fruitiness, and a powerful wood smoke flavour.

Character: Smoky, lingering, soft
Infusion Time: 1.5 min (increase by 30 seconds for each subsequent infusion)
Brew up to: 3 times
Gram for 1 Cup: 3g (approx 250 ml)
Brew Temperature: 100°C
Leaf: Natural whole leaf with tips coloured light orange to yellowish due to the smoke
Cup: Honey yellow with clear structure
